Hi, I’m Emma, the founder of The Stillness Space and The Deep Rest Club

These spaces were born from my own journey of burnout, overwhelm, and the deep need for somewhere to just pause.

I’ve spent years exploring the practices that truly support us, not just on the surface, but in our bodies, our nervous systems, and our daily lives. What I found wasn’t more doing, fixing, or striving – it was stillness. Rest. Breath. Gentle, soul-soothing sound.

Now, I guide others back to that space within themselves – through sound baths, breathwork, meditation, and practices that invite softness, not stress. My work is about creating simple rituals that help you unwind, recalibrate, and remember that you don’t have to carry it all.

This isn’t about escaping life. It’s about finding a way to be in it – with more ease, presence, and rest.
